Orders placed here are confirmed by us, payment instructions come from us, and help comes from support@pillariptv.store. If you bought from another Pillar site, contact that site about the account; we can only look up orders placed on pillariptv.store.
Pillar IPTV is a television subscription delivered over your internet connection, nothing to do with candles, the band Pillar, the HungryPillar service or the Pilar TV app. In Spanish, "pillar" is slang for grabbing or catching something, which is why posts in Spanish show up too. What you buy here is a login for one device, used inside an IPTV player app.
The rented set-top box and the installer visit go away. Instead you install a player such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate on a Fire Stick, Android TV, smart TV or iPhone, then enter the server, username and password from your welcome email. Plan on roughly 10 Mbps for HD and 25 to 30 Mbps for 4K, and use ethernet on the TV device if you can. App availability on Samsung and LG TVs varies by model year, so a Fire Stick is often the simplest route.

Choose a plan, enter your email, device and country in the order form, which opens WhatsApp with your order, and payment instructions arrive by email or WhatsApp. After payment is confirmed, your Xtream Codes or M3U login is usually emailed within an hour; check your spam folder if it has not arrived after two hours, and reply to your order email with a payment screenshot.
